Rohingya Emergency Appeal
The Prophet (pbuh) said: “Whoever helps ease someone in difficulty, Allah will make it easy for him in this world and in the Hereafter.” (Muslim)
The Rohingya community is facing worst torture, rape and genocide. Accounts of these atrocities have been documented by international human rights organisations including the United Nations. More than 400,000 people have now entered into neighbouring Bangladesh, more are coming and creating a humanitarian crisis on an unprecedented level. They are wounded, helpless and hopeless as they have very little assistance in Bangladesh. They have seen the mass killings, violence, cruelty and atrocities carried out on young women, children and elderly. They are still in shock and need the immediate response.
The emergency aid is required now to sustain the Rohingya and treat the elderly and injured people. Ummah Charity International’s volunteers in Bangladesh are on the ground, delivering aid in the form of food packs, medicines, emergency shelter and setting up medical camps. We will not let our brothers and sisters alone and will continue our aid work to help them for surviving this difficult time. We request all our beautiful donors to generously donate for Rohingya emergency appeal and invite their family and friends towards this noble and important cause.
